Paid plan subscriptions automatically renew either annually or monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. If you choose to cancel your plan, your team will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Afterward, the account will be downgraded to a free plan.

Refunds are only available for yearly plans. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of subscribing.

No, clients (guest users) do not count towards your licensed user seats. Guest users are unlimited and free.
