Astravue offers 3 users free forever—no credit card required. Once you add a 4th user, billing will begin for all 4 users (not just the 4th). This pricing structure helps ensure a seamless upgrade when your team grows beyond the free limit.
Not at all. In Astravue, you’re only billed for employees or full users. You can invite clients and contractors for free, they don’t count toward your user limit. We keep collaboration simple, flexible, and budget-friendly just the way it should be.
Paid plan subscriptions automatically renew either annually or monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. If you choose to cancel your plan, your team will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Afterward, the account will be downgraded to a free plan.
Refunds are only available for yearly plans. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of subscribing.
No, clients (guest users) do not count towards your licensed user seats. Guest users are unlimited and free.
Yes, you can deactivate a user at any time and reassign their seat to someone else.
